Using the generator
Best QR Generator is provided free of charge for creating static QR codes. You're responsible for the content you encode — including making sure you have the right to use any logo, contact details, or payment information you embed.
No accounts, no data retention
Because QR codes are generated entirely in your browser, we don't hold an account, a history, or a copy of anything you create. If you close the tab without downloading, it's gone — there's nothing to recover on our end.
Static codes don't expire
The QR codes generated here are static: the data is embedded directly in the image. They will keep working indefinitely, independent of whether this site is online, because nothing about scanning them depends on our servers.
Acceptable use
Don't use this tool to generate QR codes for phishing, malware distribution, fraud, or anything illegal. You're solely responsible for how your QR codes are used once printed or shared.
No warranty
This tool is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We aim for every generated code to scan reliably — and the built-in contrast and quiet-zone check helps with that — but you should always test a code before printing it at scale.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
